Gwilym has more than 20 years of experience in IT and telecommunications, primarily in the discipline of Collaboration and Customer Experience solutions. Prior to joining Genesys, Gwilym has held senior roles in Sales, Marketing, Professional Services and support. His experience traverses’ start-ups such as Mitel Networks and March Networks, where he was the Managing Director for the region, through to larger Enterprises such as Telstra, where he was the Director of the Collaboration and Contact Centre Practice.
Gwilym is passionate about supporting diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and has been a leader in LGBTI forums and supporter also sponsor of events to encourage and support Women in the workforce. Having three teenage daughters, plus a cat (female) and Guinea pig (female) at home, ensures there is no shortage of encouragement.
