Lara heads up the global customer marketing team at Genesys having previously held a variety of marketing roles in Genesys EMEA. She has had the honor of meeting and working with a wide variety of Genesys customers over the years and never tires of amplifying their stories to the world. Lara has a BA Hons in International Marketing & French from University of Greenwich and lives in Reading, UK.

About Abi Chandra

Abi is a Cloud Technology Evangelist at Genesys. His career in telephony has mimicked the life cycle of contact center solutions. After working on Rockwell’s ACD systems in the 1990’s, he used server board-based systems at Aspect Solutions and IP systems at Interactive Intelligence. His primary background is in Cisco Systems data and voice technologies. He regularly hosted architecture design sessions for ININ's channel partners. Now as a Cloud Technology Evangelist at Genesys, he helps customers translate their business vision into technical reality. In his spare time, he enjoys creative arts and making indie films, one of which is available on Netflix. People are surprised to hear that he is an avid Jazzerciser.

Tom Eggemeier

About Tom Eggemeier

Tom Eggemeier is the president at Genesys. He is responsible for all of the company's customer-facing activities, including global sales, customer success, channel, and field operations. Prior to his current role, Tom led the Alcatel-Lucent global enterprise sales organization (which included Genesys) with revenue responsibility of approximately $1.8 billion. Previously, Tom held a variety of leadership roles at Alcatel-Lucent, Enterasys Networks, and Compaq in the areas of general management, sales and channels, product management, marketing, corporate communications, and research and development. Tom holds a juris doctor degree from the University of Chicago Law School, where he has served as a Visiting Committee member, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton.

About Christina Gates

Prior to joining the Genesys Product Marketing team, Christina Gates spent 3 years in contact center product management. With previous marketing experience for an online city guide, digital agency, and traditional book publisher, she embraces customer experience in many mediums.
